Environmental

Environmental design is one of the few areas of design in which the occupants interact, work, and live. It has the potential to inform, accommodate, and inspire. Through the combination of colors, shapes, graphics, artwork, and textures, the designer can enhance the participant experience, while contributing to overall functionality. For instance, a well-designed, wayfinding system not only helps direct individuals to their location, it can provide life-saving direction in the event of an emergency.

Nest Bar

My gaol as a design consultant on the Eagle Sports Bar & Grill was to create a friendly and welcoming space where customers could feel comfortable. For the Nest Bar, I drew my inspiration from the movie “Moulin Rouge.” I added framed historic and vintage photographs to compliment the decor.

Sports Bar

My gaol as a design consultant on the Eagle Sports Bar & Grill was to create a friendly and welcoming space where customers could feel comfortable. In the sports bar, I selected a neutral paint palette to accentuate the wood and stone bar, and added current and vintage posters to the wall.

Eagle Sports Bar & Grill

My gaol as a design consultant on the Eagle Sports Bar & Grill was to create a friendly and welcoming space where customers could feel comfortable. Throughout the space, barn and steampunk light fixtures enhance the theme.
